Spoke to Tom on the phone as I am living in Exeter, and told him about my roof issue for my mum. He came over the same day and quoted for the job which he would fit in straight away due to my leak. He gave me a price over the phone but I must have miss heard him as i was in a pretty poor reception area.As promised he came around and started to strip the tiles off the roof the next day. He rang and sent a photo off the problem but during that conversation I had realised that I had misheard his price which was down to me and I had to stop Tom from carrying on. After a long frank discussion without any raised voices I told him what I could afford. He had bought all the materials and had another couple of guys on site, and I was mortified. I could not apologise enough and said sorry as I had misheard his quote. He told me not to worry and that he would make sure that he would not leave the job until it was water tight and the old tiles back on. He also agreed to do it within my budget which was amazing. And although he had spent out on lots off materials he was an absolute Gent. I would definitely recommend him and his team and I will be calling him back for any other jobs needed this time with my ears wide open. Thank you Tom.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Majestic Roofing at all. Having struggled to engage the services of a roofer for roof repairs Majestic sent their staff round to look at my roof within an hour ! A quotation was provided 20 minutes later & having accepted the price the lads returned later that morning & immediately started the repairs ! The lads cracked on & the work was completed that day. Looks like a quality job & the roof has been restored to its former glory. I couldn’t have asked for more & in such a short time frame. Many Thanks.

So our roofing job is now complete. We had been let down previously by an unscrupulous roofer who did a very poor job and took a deposit and labour costs. Our roof had not been finished and we needed to find a reputable roofing company to complete it. We did our research this time and decided to ask Majestic Roofing to complete the job. Well I have to say Thomas and his team have restored our faith in good tradesmen. Thomas didn't ask for a deposit or money upfront for materials. The team have done an excellent job and we are so pleased with the roof. From first meeting Thomas we could see he is a very genuine trustworthy person to deal with. Can't recommend the Company enough.

Can't recommend Thomas and his team enough. Came the same day after we noticed a big leak from our ceiling. Temporarily fixed the problem and will be using him for the full job afterwards.
